New Client Deposit 

New clients will be required to pay a deposit of $30 per service being booked. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferrable. The deposit will be credited toward the total bill at the time of the service. 


If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or is a no call/no show, then the deposit is forfeited. If either of these instances occur a new deposit is required to book another appointment. 


Same Day Cancellation

Appointments canceled on the day of the appointment will result in a  fee of 50% of the services booked placed on the account. This fee would need to be paid before scheduling another appointment. 


No-Call/No-Show
Appointments that are booked but not fulfilled by the client will be charged 100% of the total service price. This must be paid before another appointment is able to be booked. Every artist has the right to refuse an appointment at their discretion in regards to rescheduling a no call/no show appointment. 



Child Policy 
Out of the consideration and safety of the artists and other clients of the salon we ask that you do not bring children into the salon. Any client over the age of 10 is welcome to have services rendered but please keep in mind we do not have a children's pricing menu.
